Chocolate Turnovers

 This is one easy to make Pastry. It sort of reminds me of Chocolate Croissants.

Ingredients

frozen puff pastry
milk chocolate chips
1 egg



Step 1


Thaw the puff pastry.






Step 2



Cut the sheet of pastry into about 3 inch strips.




Step 3


Place chocolate chips onto pastry




Step 4 




Fold together.







Step 5


Press edges together with fork.
Brush dough pockets with beaten eggs








Step 6

Beat egg.

Step 7


Brush dough pockets with beaten.




Step 8

Bake at 400 for about 20 to 25 minutes or
until golden brown.
