Mexican Dip

This is an easy recipe. Put it in the crock pot and let it go or for faster results cook it on the stove top.

Ingredients

1 /12 lbs hamburger meat
1 diced green pepper (optional)
1/3 bottle medium taco sauce
1 tablespoon chili power
1 diced onion
3/4 lbs Velveeta cheese


Step 1



Brown hamburger meat


Step 2

Add onion, taco sauce, and chili powder
(and green pepper if you choose)

Step 3


Add cubed cheese.





Step 4

Heat on low heat until cheese is melted.
(you can also throw it in the crock pot and
let it go until everything is melted and heated
through)


Step 5


Serve with chips
