Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas




I am starting to teach my daughter to cook. This is the first meal she and I cooked together.

Ingredients
 

1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounce refrigeratd sour cream ranch dip
2 cup cubed chicken
1/2 cup buffolo wing sauce (this is where you control how spicy you like it,
more or less according to taste)
1 package 8 inch flour tortillas
3 cups shredded chesse
1 onion, chopped


Step 1


In a bowl mich chicken with buffalo wing sauce




Step 2

In another bowl mix the cream of chicken soup with
the chopped oninons and ranch dip.



Step 3


Spoon chicken onto center of tortilla.




Step 4



Spoon about 2 Tablespoon of soup mix onto chicken



Step 5



Sprinkle with cheese




Step 6



Spray 9 x 13 inch cassserole dish with cooking spray




Step 7


Roll up Tortilla and place seam down into pan




Step 8



Repeat with all tortillas until pan is filled



Step 9


Spread rest of soup mix on top of rolled up tortillas




Step 10


Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until
heated through.



Step 11


Remove cover an sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered
until cheese is melted about 5 minutes.
