Beef Jerky

Here is a good recipe for Jerky. You do not need a smoker for this one. Although you can use one.  Simply bake it in the oven. I brought this to the office and got two thumps up :)

Ingredients

5lbs beef
3 Tablespoon liquid smoke.
If you use a smoker you do not need this)
3 Tablespoon onion powder
1 1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoon  garlic powder
1 1/2 cup Worcester sauce
3 Tablespoon black pepper
red pepper flakes to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

Step 1

Cut up meat in thin pieces .

Step 2

Mix all other ingredients together

Step 3

Stir and poor over meat.

Step 4

Marinate for 8 to 12 hours

Step 5
Cover baking sheets with aluminum foil and spray with
cooking spray

Step 6

Discard Marinate and put meat onto cookie sheet. I the meat straight out of the bowl. So if you have left over meat that can continue
to marinate until you are ready to use it.
Make sure meat is not overlapping.

Step 7

Bake at 170 degrees for about 9 hours or until done.
Let cool. Remove from baking sheet and store in
an airtight container.

Bon Appetite!!!
