Cabbage Hamburger Casserole

I love cabbage rolls but hate to make them. I found this recipe and that is so easy and it tastes great. It's not the same than the cabbage rolls but it is oh so yummy.

Ingredients

1/2 lbs cabbage. (I enough to fill the casserole dish)
1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
1/2 cup instant rice
2 cans tomato soup
Season salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Step 1


Cut head of cabbage in half and remove stem


Step 2



Chop the cabbage in pieces



Step 3

Chop the onion


Step 4


Brown hamburger with onion until meat is done



Step 4

Mix the two cans of tomato soup with rice,
1 can of water and season with season salt
 and pepper to taste.



Step 5



Put 1/2 of chopped cabbage in a greased
casserole dish. I always use cooking spray.
That works great.

Step 6



Pour half of the tomato soup mix over cabbage.





Step 7


Put the remaining cabbage on top.





Step 8.


Cover with meat/onion mixture


Step 9


Pour rest of tomato soup mix over meat.



Step 10.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350
for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.

Easy Noodles

Soo easy to make.
Ingredients

1 pkg egg noodles
1 chopped onion
2 lbs Hamburger meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
8oz shredded cheese







Chop onion





Brown ground beef with onions.
Combine soup, milk, sauces and spices.
Mix well.









Pour over cooked hamburger meat.
Cook noodles until done according to package.
Drain noodles.
Put noodles in greased casserole dish.
Top with hamburger mix.
Top that with the shredded cheese.









Bake until cheese is melted.
Serve.

Bacon'n'Egg Pizza

Here is an easy breakfast dish.

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese


Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray or
grease it.





unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle. Press onto the bottom
and 1/2 in. up the sides. Seal seams and perforations.
In large bowl beat eggs and milk.
Cook bacon.
Drain fat.
Sprinkle bacon over crescent roll dough.
Sprinkle the hash brown potatoes over the bacon.
Sprinkle cheese over that.
Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
And sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 Minutes or until a knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into pieces.






Serve warm.

Pork Chop Casserole

Easy and fast to make. The cooking time takes the longest.

Ingredients

 4 pork chops
4 cups sliced potatoes
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

 Mix soup, sour cream, water and salt and pepper.


Heat a greased frying pan.


Season pork chops with salt and pepper
on both sides.



Put half of the sliced potatoes into  a casserole dish.

Pour half of the soup mixture on top of potatoes
and spread out.



Top with the rest of the potatoes.



Brown pork chops on both sides.

 Put browned pork chops on top of potatoes.


 Top with rest of soup mix.



Cover and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.








 Serve.

Rice Hot Dish

Easy homemade Hamburger helper :)

Ingredients

 1 pkg Uncle Bens long grain and rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/3 cup water
1 1/3 pounds hamburger meat
1 Tablespoon butter



Mix soup and water.







Pour package of rice and seasoning mix into a casserole dish.




Add water and mix.



Add butter.


Brown hamburger meat.


Add to rice soup mixture.







Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is done.
