Peanut Butter Truffles

For the peanut lover.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
24oz chocolate chips
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup baking cocoa powder
14 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup finely crushed nuts

Heat cream  with penut butter in sauce pan.








When cream and penut butter are blended add chocolate
chips

Mix until well blended. Add vanilla and mix.
Cool in refridgerator until chocolate is firm enough
to shape into balls.
Mix cocoa powder and powdered sugar.







Roll chocolate balls in nuts or cocoa powder mixture
Put in refridgerator and let get firmer.

Snickerdoodles

Very easy to make snickerdooles.

Ingredients

1 package white cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine cake mix, eggs and oil.
Mix until well blended and dough is formed.
Combine sugar and cinnamon
get little pieces of dough. put into sugar/cinnamon mix.
coat well.
Place coated dough onto cookie sheet. Place cookies
about 2 inches apart. ( you want to
put parchment paper on cookie sheet for easy baking.)






Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.

Bacon'n'Egg Pizza

Here is an easy breakfast dish.

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese


Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray or
grease it.





unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle. Press onto the bottom
and 1/2 in. up the sides. Seal seams and perforations.
In large bowl beat eggs and milk.
Cook bacon.
Drain fat.
Sprinkle bacon over crescent roll dough.
Sprinkle the hash brown potatoes over the bacon.
Sprinkle cheese over that.
Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
And sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 Minutes or until a knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into pieces.






Serve warm.

Easy Fudge

My daughter does not like fudge but she does eat this one :)

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 can (12oz) evaporated Milk
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 teaspoon slat
4 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups semi-sweet cocolate chips
1 cup pecans or walnuts (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in pan.
Line a 9x13 casserole pan with aluminum foil.
Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil.

Add chocolate chips, marshmellows and vanilla. Stir constantly
until smooth.
Fill into aluminium lined pan and let cool until firm.








Remove from pan. All you have to do is lift out
the aluminium foil. Put the fudge upside down and
pell the foil off. Real Easy.
Cut into pieces and enjoy.

Chocolate Bread

This is some very moist cake. You can either make 2 loaves or 1 pound cake.

Ingredients
1 Chocolate Cake mix
1 instant chocolate pudding mix 4 servings
1 1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Grease 2 loaf pans








Mix all ingredients until well blended

Divide batter between the 2 pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
or until done.





Remove form oven. Let cool slightly and
remove from pan. Let cool.

Trail Mix

You can do this as a gift and layer the dry ingredients in a jar or just make them.

Ingredients

 1 1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
2/3 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup packed biscuit mix
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds

1 egg
2 Tablespoon milk
2 Tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla


 Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.


Add egg, vanilla, oil and milk.
 Mix well.

Grease a 8x8 pan.


 Press the mixture into the greased pan.








Bake  at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until edges
are brown.
Let cool, cut up and enjoy.

Momma J's Pancakes

If you are like me you use the mix and just add water to make your pancakes. But if you are in a pinch and have no pancake mix you can make it from scratch.

Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tablespoon oil
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda


Mix all ingredients.


Spray frying pan with Pam



Mix all ingredients well.





Drop by the Tablespoon full into hot frying pan.



Let cook until they start to bubble.



Flip them over and finish cooking until done.








Serve.
